I got my General Contractor License in the biggest thing I've learned is to manage more than a couple projects, you have to start hiring superintendents and project managers.

I traveled for years in construction as a superintendent.

Looking to rent 30+ days at a time, to traveling hospital workers - or contractors looking to house their superintendents for long periods of time. 

I have experience in property management and leasing, residential re-development, and now I am currently an Assistant Superintendent for a home builder.

You also need at least 5 on management staff, 2-3 superintendents/project managers, 2-3 on office managing resources.

I learned this from my father who was a "building superintendent" (think janitor) for many, many years and even though the properties he managed had a plumber, electrician, painter, etc. on contract he was there to oversee any repairs on occupied rentals.   

Judah Houser As someone who is in the commercial construction industry, I can confidently tell you that you will have no success with your request asking contractors or superintendents.

For major rehabs, my contractor will supply an onsite superintendent.
