The more units you can stockpile the better.

People are stockpiling any sort of N95 disposable respirator because they will protect you, to a certain extent, from breathing in sprayed mucus and saliva droplets from an infected person.

If your rental is up and running, you have a safety net you're comfortable with, but don't want a bolus of money sitting unused, is it possible to put the funds into a brokerage that would allow the purchase of stocks...

That being said, I just paused purchasing a commercial building in order to stockpile some cash. 

I have 2 homes under contract, but I am using more leverage than normal in order to stock pile some cash.

There are not huge stockpiles of subprime loans being give to anything with a heart beat and spec builders buying at market or above while value increases within 4-6 months.  

I’m wanting to offer a flat 12-15% return on investment within six months (ex. they give me $20k and get $22,400-$23,000 back within 6 months).Did you reach out to investors only once you had a project under contract, or did you stockpile cash to have on hand so you could jump on deals when they popped up?

To use your virus example- we see people stockpiling toilet paper.

But I don’t want to sell my properties to stockpile capital.
