Just for future reference.If someone wants to avoid this kind of sticky situation they should consider having a Trust, A Trust is not hard to have an attorney put together and they save trouble & expenses for the heirs.

Basically, if you are lending on someone primary residence is when things get sticky with disclosure laws, timelines, terms, etc. 

This will make them "sticky" on future projects because they feel you are educating and protecting them. 

If inflation remains sticky the fed may not lower rates much in the next 3 years.

It seems to be mostly up to the lender as to how sticky they want to be with the owner occ requirement upon assumption.

After the first batch of rice was ready, I decided to throw it into the sink launch the garbage disposal, because why not just clean it and go from there.
