If they say put up higher railings, additional smoke detectors, etc, complete it promptly and document it.I've been in the landlord business for 20 years, and I've always kept my properties to code and well maintained. 

They don't realize that a lot of what they see is all smoke and mirrors.  

Others have said that it works like charm for noise and smoke.

You'll get smoked by trying to fight it out with the cash payer crowd.

My greatest pain point is not that the deals failed, although that certainly adds salt to the wounds, it's the poor communication, false narratives, chasing (almost begging) for updates, lack of full disclosure, the smoke and mirrors, etc.

I am wondering if anyone has experience with Wynd Smoke Detectors and if they’ve had success with them detecting marijuana smoke?

Have cash buy their smokes, lunch, and their music. 

I can assure you that there can be instances where you can set up note transactions that will smoke your calculator.
