Set the wayback machine a couple of years ago and that was pretty acheivable.

I haven't eliminated the abilit to use quarters, but I only need to empty the machines 2-3 times a year. 

I've been doing D4D with Deal Machine and my own postcard campaigns.  

With the exception of 1 bedroom units, you basically have 2 options:-Oversized/commercial machines (potentially multiple sets)-Off site cleaning with clean spares on siteThe latter is almost always the most efficient and basically what hotels do at scale.

Demo is generally done with a machine ( Backhoe Loader ) that sort of thing..

Hi great covo just by reading I'm on Marcus opinion cause it true don't put your basket into one investment me and my spouse own 2 ATM machine and also ice machine and place them in store and shopping plaza so now After buying our home through personal W2 we now want to invest in Real estate, wholesale and BRRR. 

I love the concept especially given the need in your market for storing things like snow machines, boats, rvs etc, but also for repair or general "fab shops".As long as you are seeing the demand in your specific market for these spaces, and perhaps its worth getting some leases signed up prior to breaking ground but thats a personal preference thing, I think the numbers look promising if the use case is there.

We moved it to a 1 night minimum because we were having trouble filling weekend slots, which was rare for our listing.

If the complainer can't smell it in their apartment, but, are uptight enough to be bothered by the passing smell in the hallway...it may not be the smoker that has the problem.I have found that complainers/boat rockers are often wound a bit to tight, and that when you are a highly responsive empathetic landlord, they turn you in to their own personal karma delivery machine, to right all the wrongs that previously fallen on deaf ears.Good luck.

My thinking is this:1) Spend your money making the unit nicer, not investing in machines that will need service calls.
