Finding a good tax professional familiar with real estate investments is simply a good investment.

Completing AP requires the other party to file a suit in court during which the judge determines that the case has merits, and ultimately transfers the property to the filer.

Effectively good egg is simply a P.O. box that takes a Commission out of your hard earned/saved money, in return, for purportedly providing due diligence to vet the potential projects and sponsors, on your behalf.
