never completed a deal with him, but hes always been a str8 shooter with me, and although some of the details of short sale investing he wasn't crystal clear on, he gave me a pretty good understanding of the big picture why do you ask?

I'm a pretty straight shooter and don't have any interest in being anything other than honest and open about the details of any deal.

It's not a big enough pool to be anything other than a straight shooter.
