It’s usually the C/D property investors who are sensitive to late fees because they are often times running  business rather than investing in real estate where they have to nickel and dime the tenants to generate revenues.

The electronics package is very sensitive to fluctuations in electrical supply.

Hey Peter,First off, I understand this is a sensitive situation, so kudos for approaching it with care.

My credit union's reasoning was they don't like to provide a DU to the seller and his/her agent because of all the sensitive information on a DU.

What the model does help with then is understanding which ones are my returns most sensitive to.

The lower the income level of the area the more price sensitive they are.  

If you are more sensitive to the fees, you will want a “no points loan” but be careful here because it could drastically impact the rate.
