@John Underwood, yes the dealing with the HOA is keeping awake.

I just gave you and anyone that considers buying a list a wake up call.

Best advantage of note investing is there aren't many "life threatening" deadlines you need to jump on, so for the most part you can do your end of the deal when you're awake in your timezone.

You likely won't see the money, but it should be a wake up call to them.

Let this be a wake-up call so you can actually BE prepared for when the day comes you do get seen so that all the effort and work and money you put into "being seen/noticed" is not in vain!

Since it's only in the bedrooms - maybe the lights on the front of the boxes or TVs keep them awake?
