-Caulk driveway cracks and other exterior concrete with concrete sealant-Check/replace weather stripping on doors(important for cold climates, but also retaining AC in hot climates)

A rental bathroom and laundry room, window sills, caulk and sealant that hasn't been addressed in 10 years? 

I have a new rental acquisition that has a walk-in closet with an odor of cat pee. I've forgotten what the best product would be to seal over the subfloor. Suggestions?  

I read even with a shellac sealant sometimes tobacco resurfaces and I should use TSP, but would OdoBan work in place of TSP?

Have the basement walls had a waterproof sealant applied yet? 

I'm wondering if I should go through with that route or if I should hire someone to correctly refill the crack and do a repair with a sealant that, while not permanent, will last a year or so, if possible.
