.- There have never been more opportunities for flexible side hustles like uber, Turo, Grub Hub, pick up bikes and scooters for charging, RE bird dog, etc. 

Tenants always paid their portion (which changes often from pregnancy, job placement or loss) Biggest problem I had was them basically leaving all their belongings and moving to Georgia ( they didn't have a car, took a bus) I got a few new bikes, 2 xbox's, powerwheels, razor scooter and a big tax donation to goodwill from 30 trashbags of clothes haha

Also, a new restaurant called "Kitchen Witches" Bird scooters are going inI've been following the local gov't and TBID "https://www.ci.twentynine-palm..." very closely, I, and many locals, agents and investors I've spoke to, have come to the conclusion the city is pro-development, their goal is to make it a very strong tourist destination.

I understand smoking, pets, subletting and the like.Also, would restricting cryptocurrency mining or electric scooters/bikes be appropriate?

Some people buy Bentleys and others buy scooters - wildly different costs for sure!
