Perhaps the blockchain will revolutionize this process a bit down the road, but for me...definitely a time suck.  

Technology is really revolutionizing this industry.Side note, one of my associates in South San Francisco owns 3,600 mobile home pads that rent for $1,200 per month and said he usually only has 4 or 5 late payers each month...unbelievable.  

Lots of areas don't have this.Keep in mind, the renting out of these places has been revolutionized by AIRBNB.

Napster was set to revolutionize music, only to be replaced by music streaming services. 

If they ever add the opportunity for secured lending, they will revolutionize hard money lending.
