I respect the experience here and am eager to contribute as I grow.

If you already have low respect due to a pre-determined mindset, it's hard to approach the community with an even or reasonable keel.

The best way to get through the door with subs is a recommendation/connection from someone they respect.

While I have grown my client base to a respectable number, I've struggled to gain consistent traction with realtors and property managers.
