Looking for some advice on how to handle utilities and internet for a mid-term rental!

Hi,I typically rent my 3-bedroom property through a short-term rental platform, but I was recently contacted by an insurance relocation company looking to place a family in temporary housing while work is done on their home.

I'm curious about the various strategies property owners use to maximize the return on investment (ROI) for their rental properties.

As a medium-term rental, you'd be in better position to be connected with Insurance Company that way.

Additionally, the rental arbitrage strategy is not investing, its operating a business.... an extremely risky business.

Curious to know what you would suggest for durability and longevity for a long term rental.
