Government actions are THE cause of the dysfunction in the real estate market and why so few investors and homeowners are transacting.

Hello all, Has anyone either used or heard about a company called HouseCashin or Real Estate Bees?

I've helped people with SBA loans to purchase real estate for a business, but for buying rental real estate, the DSCR loan is a much better option.

You need a firm estimate for the remainder of the work as your funds are limited (like most people who don't have an endless amount of money). 

What are some real estate goals you want to accomplish this year?
