Back about 40 years ago when gurus, mentorship’s, etc. was in its baby stages there was a guy going around being promoted as the epitome of real estate success now intent on “giving back” by sharing his experience and wisdom through high priced seminars, workshops, mentorship’s, “books and tapes”, etc.  

I believe coaching does work, but I also believe that 90% of the coaches are better at marketing / self promotion than they are at doing deals. 

***ATTENTION BIGGERPOCKETS MODERATION TEAM***I would like to nominate V.G Jason (I know his name and profile may be a little cryptic but just go with it) for a promotion to Advanced Moderator or Supreme Moderator if it suits your fancy.  

Most of the regular posters here on Bigger Pockets have a negative view of Sub2, especially after a couple of individuals spammed the site to promote their training.There was already a negative view of Sub2 on Bigger Pockets due to most of the regular posters did their deals in a different manner therefore, as is human nature anything out of our own personal preference can look mighty sinister. 

Just saying :-) I don't want to promote any business (including Sera vs other dealer), but just saying that thing also exist recently (which is good for us).

Would anyone happen to know of any recent promotional codes that are still valid to use? 

My gut says that Norada got "all lawyered up" and promoted an extraordinarily one-sided deal.
