Just finished my first home and our 8 unit project just started production in the factory this week. 

They were so good I was exceeding my own projections.

If I could rent my home for $2,500 (I hear lenders could take 75% of that projected income?)

While I am a lender, I personally use hard money on all of my own investment projects.

Ideally, I'd want to know what your current cashflow is and what your projected cashflow is after refi.
