We're looking at comps to get some idea but curious if any appraisers could offer their professional perspective.

I had the lead paint professionally encapsulated so lead poisoning and litigation related to lead poisoning should not an issue.

I'm curious as well.But, I am sure that one of the CPAs, enrolled agents, or Tax professionals on the forums will be able to answer this question now that I have summoned them with my keyword stuffing.

It is important that you hire professionals who have experience working with foreign investors.

I'm assuming if this was an option everyone would already be doing it but I am just curious from a professional to understand why this isn't an option.I received a question from a friend that was somewhat similar to mine above which got me thinking.
