I mean, a filed lawsuit arguing to pierce a particular LLC is only worth the paper (of course most jurisdictions don't even allow paper filing of civil actions anymore) it's printed on.

Even when wholesalers “kinda’ admit to the seller that they are going to “wholesale” the property, they still tend to mislead the seller by talking about “financing partners”, “equity positions”, “mentors” “membership” etc.So, various states have, under the banner of consumer protection, enacted legislation to restrict the use of the “wholesale” transaction in RESIDENTIAL OWNER OCCUPIED real estate - note, not commercial property and not residential when the transaction is between 2 investors.

This is just my opinion and most likely wrong, but the US and its printing of money put themselves in this hole where now their debt is expensive to service which is why rates are high.

State banks had a decentralized currency systems a long time ago where banks printed their own money and the value of the bank determined the value of the money and all those currencies went bankrupt.

They should know the process super well and have their own contacts with leaders and managers to be able to ensure things run smoothly.There is a weekly open-office time for residents to be able to sit down with their case manager (I think it's Weds, but I haven't seen the time printed out recently so it may have changed.

I make sure to be there when the appraiser is visiting the home and print out data on appreciation rates and comps and give him/her a personal opinion on where we believe the home should be appraised at.
