I would give the Church's priest to go there and have a talk to the, maybe to push their soft spot, at least they won't cause damage etc. while my eviction lawyer do his thing .

, but fortunately there are 10 million threads on the internet just like this one, where the consensus is that this is taking it too far, that people will find of their own accord.... kind of like how most religious people aren't full blown celibate priests or monks that take vows of silence, but if you want to go all the way then you know the options (you CAN become a priest or take a vow of silence, if you wish, but for most people this isn't the right fit).

They ignore how intensively local most forms of real estate investing are until it bites them in the butt, and then they lie to themselves and pass off their over-reliance on numbers and metrics instead of people and relationships as just bad luck.Math guys will buy a total piece of crap that's guaranteed to lose them money because they have more faith in their spreadsheets than a priest in Christ, they can't even see that the place is falling down.
