Again, do you have the right to tell people they can work on a project and they don't have to worry about breathing in asbestos that can float it dead air space for as much as 3 to 6 days and once they breathe it in it remains in their lungs for the rest of their life.I am taking many prescription narcotics right now and can't remember the exact number of years we need to keep every record for every employee who works for us, but I think it is 40 years.
