I agree local banks and credit unions will be better if you're planning on growing your portfolio. 

So happy for my investors hopefully the rest of the transaction goes smooth so we can get it all locked in and they will have one more property in their portfolio than they did a few months ago.

I got a couple in my own portfolio that I also manage (I have a management company).

This is on an SFR portfolio of 8 to 15 properties.

Kyle  My father-in-law did this by creating a portfolio that is primarily debt-free single-family rentals in the city he lives in.

Our STR/MTR portfolio typically sees around 80% occupancy, and I’ve noticed that the online travel booking sites often push properties with consistently great guest experiences.

I am curious if anyone is using this product to build their portfolio.

Hi @Diandre Pierce,You may want to think about a DSCR portfolio loan for your existing 7 properties.

I currently assist investors in diversifying their portfolios with turn-key SFH's. 

@Mickey Petersen Like what @Alex Olson said, a 1031 exchange is a great way to diversify and further grow your RE portfolio.
