Premier host, 5 star reviews, updated professional photos, updates to description, etc.  

Well how many reviews were there and were they all 5 star. 10 Star now on Vrbo.

I did notice these warning signs but I made excuses for them hoping that it would get better and that when it did, I would have an A star crew.

That said, my last Booking.com guest a couple of weeks ago was a bit difficult pre-arrival but ended up being a great guest and left a 10 star review (no comments though).  

They all think they are going to a meeting and the lovely Christina is going to be there to show them how to remodel a home.The folks that are TV reality show stars ( other than ARmando) simply rent their name and make a bundle doing that. they might show up at the big event and talk for 30 minutes shake some hands and down the road they go.

@Diogo Candido i'm definitly up for a good challenge ;) Looking at what is in the market already, it seems we would need to "build" some kind of 4 or 5 star hotel but ready for seniors.Then we would have two options:1) find an operator to run the assisted business who would be our tenant (not the seniors) and pay us a rent;2) manage the property and the assisted business;At this point in my life, i would be only interested in number 1).

One would need to be a serious sucker to value some Airbnb 5 star reviews and some sheds in the backyard at $200k+.Not necessarily. 

And arguing with SEC saying "oh yeah, I knew the rules and I illegally entered this investment, I shouldn't have been let in sooooo I get a gold star and all my $ back right?"

Coffee stains under the fridge or a dust bunny in a corner, not if you want the 5 star review and the repeat bidness 🤪 What would be included in a deep clean that is not normally cleaned?
