Loads of pollution and have you ever been to Italy?  

It’s very sad to see the death toll climbing, people losing their jobs and suffering, but I must say I’m enjoying the peace and quiet, lack of noise and air pollution, no traffic and a quietude that I haven’t experienced in Boulder since the 90’s (minus the trails, the trails are busier than ever).

Do you think there will be a break for landlords on taxes, water, pollution and other utilities paid by the landlord?

Every time I drive down Hwy. 30 I think the same thing-no way would I want to live there-from the road noise and pollution to the superfund site down the road to the industrial all around-no thank you! 

Pollution to the ground water could impact neighbor's wells.

Unless the existing system is near a body of water and pollutes a lot.Maybe connecting to the existing sewer would be cheaper anyways assuming that you can and its economically feasible.

China has a lot of air pollution, and that could be contributing to the high death rate, as the virus greatly affects the lungs.

It also solves some of the environmental/pollution issues we are trying to solve as a society.  

The insurance company (Auto Owners) has deemed it a pollutant which is exclusively denied in the policy though some have said it could be argued as vandalism?

If that's all you are doing and have cold feet, stay in a fund, annuities can be had from insurance agents.Besides the money, I liked knowing my money wasn't backing some sleezy corporation, polluting the ground or air, wasn't used to make people fat or die, that it had a social purpose, built dreams for families, kept an elderly person in their home, gave people a chance to build a nest egg or go into business.
