Hello, my name is Trevor and I’ve recently took in the interest of wholesaling properties, I have never networked before so I’d like to make friends and potential clients in which we can both help eachother out some. 

Found the deal through my network.

I work on projects across multiple states and have a strong network of contractors.Regarding when to involve a contractor, if it’s someone you haven’t worked with before, I’d suggest waiting until after the inspection.

Wholesalers network and post deals there most of the time.

It's important to network in order to orchestrate a team for flips.

I’ve had most luck with signs in front of my plaza and word of mouth - networking at Chamber of Commerce and chatting with other business owners in the area.

I would love to meet and network to people in South Florida , and find a mentor or someone who has taken a similar investment route that I am doing from flipping to owning rental properties.Really just meet likeminded people.
