You want a swimming pool, with a connected hot tub that can convert into a cold plunge.

We are of the mindset that this is the best play because it takes some risk out of taking the plunge. 

Is this a good start or should I save more before taking the plunge? 

I've digested a lot of knowledge and practiced running numbers over the past few months to the point where I feel well equipped (enough) to take the plunge.  

This post is coming from someone who is not an expert in either field but someone who is looking to become very familiar with the core concepts of note investing before taking the plunge. 

Even when it is fully explained, an individual must have the courage to take the plunge and jump off that cliff.I would like the note #5.

After overcoming a few months of analysis paralysis, I finally took the plunge.

You have to plan your steps ahead of the time and know what you are doing before you plunge.2.

I’m not here to yell you not to do it but I’d spend a good 80 hours obsessing on this forum and reading books like @Brandon Turner no and low money down before you take the plunge in to Brian Page.
