Sorry @Jon Pitcher but just suspected drug usage is not a reason to reject an applicant They must be current drug users and you need to be able to prove it if challenged (like a drug test).

I told my contractor he ought to fill the toilet bowl with ice and margarita mix and use a pitcher to catch it all on the back end (before it was ever used as a toilet of course), but he didn't take me up on it. 

@Steven Jackson  I'm not sure if the expression comes from baseball where the pitcher gets stuck between throwing a pitch and throwing to a base and essentially doesn't commit to either which causes a physical "bobble" which is considered trying to trick the base runner and so the base runner is awarded an extra base. 

Or how much and what kind of sunblock the big leagues are going to allow on pitcher's forearms in day games next year.

I agree with @Jon Pitcher's comments, the series LLC entity class is relatively new for the state of Oklahoma so there isn't a lot of good case law. 

You might be in left field, or on the pitchers mound with your guestimate; but you'd still be in the ballpark.Oh, and thank you for not asking about renting a place long term and trying to furnish it and rent it out to short term people.
