I would appreciate people who can help me on what I do with this property.I had few conversations with them but did like what I was hearing and also they were focused class C or below grade areas.  

They will evaluate critical factors like land grades, water and sewer systems, and overall feasibility.

This is 6th grade math.

I'd love to share a graded map of Cleveland which would help you gain a better understanding of the different areas and price points of each grade. 

If allowed by the city, grade gravel and fence it and then lease it as outdoor storage. 

Even to Grade A RE paper there is a 2 to 3% default rate nationwide always has been..

Anything not actually apart of your main house (or a basement that is below grade) is considered Additional Square Footage and will have a fraction of the value per sqft as compared to GLA.
