@Franky Juwana, what @Arianne L. said.In all probability you will "get away" with this, which is called occupancy fraud by the way, initially.Then when you go to apply for your next mortgage, it will be patently obvious to the underwriter (assuming the LO doesn't catch it) that you did not do what you promised to do the last time you got a mortgage.

(basically selling off so many undivided interests is construed as by-passing subdivision laws) But it does happen on a smaller scale, I own a 1/6 undivided interest in patented 30 acre silver mine in CA.

You also can depreciate certain intangible property, such as patents, copyrights, and computer software.

They a site with PR3 would be 10 times as important than PR2 etc..The PR is a patented formula based on inbound links.
