If you don’t like giving people an ID or Drivers License with your home address on it is nice to have a Passport card.

Question: do you take a government-issued photo ID like driver's license or passport?

It means I can now close transactions on Georgia property from anywhere in the world, as long as I can hop on a video-conference call with my U.S. passport or drivers license handy.As someone who's done two decades of mail-away closings with buyers and sellers scattered halfway around the world, I'm speechless!

It's probably even easier for you than foreign nationals as you already have some history here, passport, SS#, probably a bank account, things like that.   

First off, I don't even have a passport and have never left the states (nor do I want to).
