If FB pulls that off, which they have every single major payment corp on board already, visa, paypal etc ...that is sort of game over I guess. 

Part of the reason I threw myself into work and used to work 60-80 hours per week until I was let go last year when a new Upper Management came on board and started replacing managers with personnel from his previous employer.

This is the oldest professional tenant trick in the book, but you should definitely get a lawyer on board now.

I do have a conversation with the owner during the onboarding process, and it's in the management agreement that they must have the financial means to meet their obligations. 

Most are $150+  Do you ask the property owner to supply them or pay for them as part of onboarding?

And I am even on board with the idea that the value of the lot would be much higher if it was 3 lots.
