Personally I donate to every kettle I see, I round my change up, give a donation to every pancake breakfast for a charity, spaghetti dinners, fundraiser for every child with a disease or that has been in a car accident I can.

Other than the door being destroyed, the tenant purposefully destroyed all of the blinds, dumped rice, confectioner's sugar, and pancake mix everywhere in the apartment (carpets, yuck), and turned the thermostat down on the refrigerator so everything would spoil.

*chuckles*For that place, based on the photos (despite not seeing a lot of trees), if it's furnished with cookware I would leave a small container of maple syrup as well as a box of pancake mix (and perhaps a box of gluten-free pancake mix for nerds like me).
