I purchased 3 properties last year that I contested the taxed value on and I am finally scheduled for property value hearing in October.I am being over taxed on all 3 properties by a fairly large sum and I have my purchase price/comps/ and appraisal to prove the market value.Is there anything I should be prepared for at this court hearing? 

Old wires from early 1900's will be way over taxed with today's current demands. 

States that are over regulated and very expensive like CA, WA, NY, NJ and IL that have a net loss in population will have more issues as interest rates rise and the supply of available houses increases due to people bailing for cheaper and less over taxed and regulated states.

As part of the distribution of assets this falls under the corpus of the trust, and he's (the owner) is likely worried over taxation penalties upon sale.

Basically.. if the money is used for income, every 2 years we go over taxes and she WILL DEFINITELY ask to modify based on the new numbers.. my support rate is about 20% for two kids.. 5 and 7 years old.

@CA Hindmand, in general tax free is preferred over tax deferred of course.  

We are over taxed, it is not a pro business state in reality, and its legislation makes it more of a sanctuary state where income is funneled out rather than infused in.
