What this produces is an over abundance of rentals as most have a hard time selling and recouping their money after having to pay the realtor fees.

The army base is the primary employer, and an over abundance of emtpy properties.I prefer Scranton/Wilkes Barre PA  (about 45 minutes away) where i can get SFR rentals for about 50k, and multis for about 35k/unit finished.

I believe we're seeing a massive shrink in the short term rental market and that is because before the virus there was an overabundance of small 1/1 and 2/2 units.Hope this helps and as always feel free to reach out!
