I found a property on an auction site that I'd like to bid on.

Here in TN we issue POQ within a couple of days of rent being overdue, usually giving them 14 days to correct before official eviction proceedings start.

I’ll try and remember to post the location back in this thread, but I’ll definitely make an event here on the BP site once a location has been chosen.

Your property is also listed in multiple sites owned by Zillow, and is free! 

List your property on corporate rental sites like Blueground, Zeus Living, and Furnished Finder to attract high-income tenants. 

I do like the built in leasing that apartments offers over the OG Cozy site, but I don't really want to pigeon hole myself into the apartments.com brand (or Zillow, or any other of the type) so I'm starting to use rent redi.
