Our city holds a lot of gems if you know where to find them.

It’s a fully renovated, modern-styled, 2-story townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a basement in Baltimore County, where I live.

I came across some reddit post on the city and how tenant friendly it is, plus population decline.

One would be amazed at how many cities were platted between 1900 and 1940 in CA then the slow build out started..

You may want to first explore cities that you are already familiar with.Think of cities where you grew up, went to school, like to vacation to or see family.You will have a better idea of what the good / bad parts of town than a brand new city that you are unfamiliar with.Best of luck.

Do you or most landlords comply with the city ordinance to get their properties inspected & registered by the city?

People like trying different cities now and like to test if they like it.So many reasons people will probably do more of this in the future.

The history of New Haven and Hartford lead me to believe that these major cities could make a comeback in the next 10-20 years.

-Construction Permit was approved by City August 2022.

The city has seen a lot of growth, especially in areas like Scott’s Addition, Church Hill, and The Fan, making it a great spot for young professionals and students.
