Milwaukee is very often misunderstood; what looks great online and on paper (super low price, high cash flow) is usually fools gold in the form of a 100 year old hours that needs everything new, the poorest neighborhood, and high maintenance tenants.

I think you have totally misunderstood the ideas behind my comments. 

I have a 5 bed, 4.5 bath, 4,445 sq ft home on the famous August Rd & Faris in the 05 of Greenville.

I believe you misunderstood your lender or they need to take some continuing education classes.

It's okay if you're not going to become famous overnight.

@Maria Murphy I see maybe I misunderstood this part - are they themselves (or their company) the ones who will renovating the unit for you after the sale?

Milwaukee is an interesting market (I've been investing here for 15 years) but with 1.6 million people in the metro area and neighborhoods famously changing block-by-block, location is critical.
