Paying an upfront fee for smaller subs seems like an interesting plot for a CONtractor mini-drama series

I'm finishing my bachelor degree in cybersecurity this December 2024 and celebrating with a baby due January 2025.The goal of this post is not to make you an expert in the domain, but rather to spark your interest and invite you to re-evaluate your situation.First of all, what is Cybersecurity?

Year 25 you will have around 65 left to harvest.Even at Year 25 these are still "baby" teaks.

I don’t think arbitrage is worth it - it’s kind of like the baby step into STRs that hook people into taking all the risk and doing all the work and missing out on 2 of the 3 reasons to invest in real estate: tax benefits and appreciation.much much better to buy and own your own STRs.
