If you're certain the type of renter you're going to get are traveling medical professionals, you know they're on short term contracts (typically 13 weeks).

It's a stable market given the medical influence in the city.

The West Cola/Cayce stuff I could see being popular with University students or medical employees. 

There is still a trickle of traveling medical professionals, but I see a lot of relocation needs.

You cannot just casually start this medical expense plan, it's not an IRA.
