I focused on construction to permanent loans on site built, manufactured, and modular homes.

Heat takes a toll on them, cold takes an even bigger tole, and it's all so dang toxic how there manufactured, making it hell for recycling or disposal.  

I've no SFR experience yet but in my limited experience with NYC mixed-use, I require product receipts, manufacturer warranties, etc on new items.

You probably aren't getting many people to even view it on the MLS, if buyers haven't checked to box to include manufactured homes in the search. 

Also come from the construction industry on the material manufacturer side.

I dont like the manufactured pod holders/carousels because they hold like 24+ pods and providing that many will get expensive quickly.
