Florida specific, and aome other areas----Perhaps an over looked dinstinction:  I, as an agent (or a non agent) can pay a referral fee for a Lead, but it can Not be dependent upon whether a sales transaction occurs.  

I don't believe section 8 in our area, here in se Iowa, will back pay for the time waiting for applications to be approved.

Is it to be expected that since I am hiring a property manager to look over my property, they should have kept a better watch on the place and should be responsible for fixing the damages, or is that just par for the course and I as the investor will end up having to pay for any damages done? 

Am I a fool not taking the mileage expense?

Let's assume I , as a wholesaler, after netting $2000 per deal x 20 deals I closed in an entire year, stumbled upon certain property in town A.

I see a lot of demand for Section 8 in Davenport, IA.

I as as business major in college decided to start a business combining our skills.

If I as a self manager who struggles with social media can accomplish this I expect property managers can market even better.

But then I as a GC would never work for you, and any sane customer wants guys like me working for them.
