Longer term, meaning next 30-40 years, Bond market will do what its always done to runaway Fiscal looseness and it will take 10yr up to 10 -16% to put pressure on FED to deleverage the last 45 years of crazy spending, like it had to do from '45 to '82, or 1900-1925, slow and gradual.

He's more than likely the exception, and like almost all of his advice it's biased and there's some screws loose.

I just keep driving the LOANS (notes) and sure, I do some business, I kinda try, kinda, but yeah, it's bleeding $ like crazy, loosing millions every month on the biz side of things but hey LOANS (notes) keep coming in so it's all good. 

What they could have done better is referred me to a better PM, who actually does better work, they could have helped me in analyze the property better, they could have atleast helped me get a property which does not loose value over time but gains it(which they clearly lied to me about).
