I have a BS degree in Business (Organizational Leadership) from Union University. 

I have spoken to the leadership at Flip System and they are diligently working with me to resolve my issue.

Their leadership does not even care to follow up or give a courtesy call.

BTW, I am not involved in the leadership of the group.

Maybe you just need to grow into a more managerial role or team leadership.

The Springfield Real Estate Investor's Association (I'm a member) is a great group of people (a mix of highly experienced and newly interested, but all above-board and ethical--the leadership doesn't tolerate shenanigans) and many in there are invested in Branson STRs (many also have STRs in Springfield, which of course caters to an entirely different market, but their perspective has been interesting).

Unfortunately the race to the bottom pricing is real and it will remain for atleast the next year till after elections (currently it is a fear driven leadership and it produces fear) and clearing out the fear driven pricing by the panicking STR owners selling.
