@Brett Henricks - I attended a large DST provider's conference last week, and asked around about Crew to other Investment Advisors...nothing remotely positive was said.

While I am not in San Diego, I spent some time out there last summer (Ocean Beach) and loved it!

Due to this and the fact there are currently tenants in both units, it took longer than we wanted to get the inspection scheduled last week.

Traffic deaths are surging in 2025, with 25 fatalities in just 38 days—double last year’s pace.

I love all this last minute BS they are pulling.

Same job for at least the last 6 months?

I've seen flippers run into last-minute delays selling when the title company notifies them of the need for additional documentation late in the process.
