Hello everyone, I have no knowledge of real estate but I'm eager to learn this concept from beginner to advanced levels.

Very subjective question based on your investment knowledge, home market, investment strategy and requirements. 

While I don’t regret anything in my life if I was to go back in time I would finish the real estate degree and go into something real estate when I graduated at 22 instead of doing it half-as**ed for years.

Without solid knowledge on this subject, you can easily end up in hot water. 

I would consider them to be more of a consultancy than a turnkey provider, and as such I think they provide tremendous value.Of course I could do all the legwork from scratch - research markets and properties, find lenders, get home inspectors and insurance and property managers and so forth - but RTR has already done all that and has far more experience and knowledge than I do.

I’m still new to real estate, so my knowledge might not be perfect—please be mindful!

Additional Considerations:Professional Development: My wife's workin on obtainin real estate professional status.Education: I'm considerin pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation to enhance my knowledge and network in commercial real estate.Request: Any thoughts on the CCIM designation or other groups that could support my growth?

There is a wealth of knowledge here and many people willing to help.

An agent with market knowledge and deal flow that could present us with off and on market properties that match our strategy will be needed.
