I would interview several different lead sponsors to see which ones are a good fit for you.

I am interviewing property management companies in Columbus and ran upon Realize Property Management Company. 

In an interview with Grant Cardone, (who has an entirely different perspective on things than I do ;-) Morby said he wants to be a billionaire.

I'd recommend interviewing multiple realtors, property managers and lenders to make sure you build a solid team. 

It is clear from the interview that their main skill set is raising money and they partner with other "Co-GPs" who focus on the operations.
