Look, we’d all like to search the internet, find a deal for sale, analyze the property as having a great cash flow at current interest rates, with lots of upside potential in a gentrifying market.  

So, many landlords legally "bribe" these S8 tenants to move into these Neighborhoods/Properties with free appliances, TVs and internet.

I fund land flippers in all these states and at your age I would be hunting down a parcel now U want to eventually move to...

I love how Airbnb just pay me based on the evidence without going through 6 months legal battle or 3 years of collection hunting.
