There is 3 primary components, ingredients, required to achieve such elevation of self in financial success your speaking of. 

Until we see 6 month of inventory, 25+% of listings expire without a sale and the average sale taking 150 days or more you don't have the ingredients for a market crash defined as more than a 5% correction.Will we see corrections like in Austin, where an exuberance of appreciation sorts itself out?

If they have other suggestions, they are incorrectly labeled as having "shortcomings". 

Some lenders will call them points, some will just have points labeled as fees like orig fees, processing fees, UW fees, etc.

However, investing is a bit like cooking; cash flow is just one of the ingredients needed to keep things moving, but it’s important to consider other factors to make it a tasty dish.

As for the STR If you want to you can one month it to a local displaced family that may need it and label it listed for “transitioning” and hold onto your November booking if you want to possibly keep the income.

We've never had a broker close on there and they ask stupid questions.If I see a broker label next to someone I typically just archive the conversation.

They are probably labeling it as a show of good faith.
