Well, of course it depends on the individual circumstances, the amount of time comitted and the capital available.

A tiered system works well: reward individual performance (e.g., quick work order completion) and team-based success (e.g., overall portfolio stability or income growth).Be cautious when setting pay expectations.

Your returns could be increased if you are willing to rent it by the room to individual students. 

Also SOP for such is individual property owners will, individually, address total site cleanup in concert with there insurance providers.

In my experience, being around growth like minded individuals is what has allowed me to grow the most.

A mid-term rental could be an great option during the 6-7 months you're away since it appeals to traveling professionals, remote workers, or individuals relocating and offers stable income without the constant turnover of short-term rentals.

Oh well.However, if it does come back, what I found was that creating the optional "Individual" FinCEN ID makes things a lot easier.
