Purchased a primary residence, rent the top floor on AirBNB and after one month of the listing being up (3 reviews, only iPhone photos used), the AirBNB income has me almost cash-flow neutral on my mortgage.

Not jewelry, Computers, Guns, iPhone's, Dental Services, ….. just shipping and paper services.Now, one half of the building will be empty in about 40 days, so there will be a totally empty 1000 sq. ft. very nice open room / office available.

People with iPhones prefer airbnb and get more airbnb.

I have the new iPhone Xs so i believe i heard your able to get two lines on one phone now but the problem is i don't want just another line that i have to answer i need help sorting through the real calls that need attention from those frivioulos 8pm phone calls that they saw a squirrel climbing on the gutter.
